So. Basically, I wrote this long, nice update of the past... Seven? months of my life. I was almost done. My dad closed it. Graaaugh. Uhm. So I'll do a speed update, because I'm lazy like that.

So, I was in Much Ado About Nothing at school in November, that was excellent fun. I started dating my boyfriend Daniel at the end of November; I love him and I'll miss him a looooot next year (He's a junior... We're not exactly sure what we'll do come fall.) I applied to ten colleges and got into seven; I ended up choosing Amherst college, which I'm super excited about It will be excellent. I was in Once on This Island at my school, which was also excellent fun...

Not so fun, my grandmother passed away in May. It was really rough and I miss her dearly, as we were really close. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, an excellent artist on the side, and an inspiring woman. I'll always love her. A few days after she died prom came (contrast much?), which was wonderful. One of my happiest memories so far was just being able to fall asleep in my boyfriend's arms at the sleepover afterwards... o^___^o eeee.

And then... Senior program! Senior program is basically a May term in which we get to travel, pursue different projects, internships, etc. Some people do more work than others. I did. A lot. Of work. I did fashion design, and designed/sewed three dresses in three weeks. For me, having not had much sewing experience prior, this was a ton of work. But I miraculously finished (and I should put pictures up sometime too...) I got an award from school for achievement in English, which was great, since I love English. ^^

Also, I've been playing ultimate frisbee for the past three months for the first time. It's been excellent. The team is coed, fun, and spirited... You couldn't ask for a better sport.

And then I graduated. After 4 years of joy, struggles, sadness, and love, I finally am done. It's a bit odd, really. But I'm looking forward to this summer and college... Yay. I had a lovely dessert buffet grad party. My favorite presents were probably a jar of dill pickles and an orange ultrastar discraft ultimate disc. Hm. So, that's about it. I'm enjoying my free time and making the grad party circuit. And sleep is good too... ^^
